What should I do about school?

Ok, so I'm a high school senior (or junior), and I don't know what to do about school. I had the swine flu in 09 which caused me to miss a whole semester of school, therefore, I know I'm not going to graduate on time. I'm a good student and get really good test scores on all standard and state test. I really want to be done with school and move on to the next thing in my life. I'm wondering if I should just try to get my GED and be done or do another year of school. What should I do?
