Early signs of pregnancy?

My period was due on feb the 28 instead I got it 6 days early yes I'm ttc my period was not normal at all. Very light didn't even soak a pad and my first day be really heavy my get this weird felling I have des lil bumps around my areola my nips are a lil tender and I got des crazy veins that are noticeable follow by sum cramping on my right side and I'm consipated with leg soreness sum 1 please help me thank you
