Why aren't the Memphis Grizzlies that good of a team?

They just don't perform to well. They have good young explosive talent in O.J. Mayo, Mike Conley and their star Rudy Gay. And Zach Randolph is really good too. I guess they are like the Dallas Cowboys, have all the talent in the World yet still manage to lose.
