Need a car guys advice?

<(40 year old ex-mechanic) the only other thing that i could suggest is get a new cap and rotor, this could be causing the plugs to foul out. they do not cost that much but for a 2000 model im not sure, but it shouldn't be more than 15.00 bucks, if it still does it then the only other thing would be your plug wires
