Why do evangelicals worship with their hands in the air but Catholics dont?

I've seen plenty of Catholics and non-catholics worship with their hands in the air. I don't think it really matters if you do or not. I just think it has to do with what you feel led by God to do. Some people throw their hands in the air, some don't. It's an expression of faith. But I don't think it makes a difference either way.
