Should I stop this antibiotic?

I have a sinus infection/ear infection/ bronchitis. Dr. gave me an antibiotic that wasn't resolving the symptoms, so second choice was Levaquin. I've completed 4 days of the 7 day round and I feel a little improvement. While checking online about how long it should take for it to work, I found that people have had some really bad side effects, even months after the prescription is done. The doctor is closed till Monday. Should I stop this scary antibiotic that doesn't seem to be doing much or take the last 3 and hope for the best???
