Microsoft Word 2007, Spelling Corrections?

Okay, so I was on the computer the other day and i noticed i spelled something wrong. And just to make sure it wasn't just spelled another way i just wrote something like htiorwahgrwao and then made a space. Now, the red underline seems to be missing, do you know how i can get it back? Someone who was on must have changed something and i don't know how to get this back. Remember, this is Microsoft 2007, not any of the others, 2007! Thanks for your help!
