Ivy League Grad school Finance/MFE?

Hello Im at a community college and will transfer to a top 50 university and complete a double major in finance/math and minors in economics/computer science. I am obviously going to maintain a high GPA and join clubs. Im actually starting a trading or investing club at my community college and getting into the honors society (Phi Tetta Kappa) After i transfer and complete my undergrad i will go to work in the financial industry in Chicago or New York area because my top school choices are in Chicago and NYC. I know i can't transfer to an ivy league or anything but how about getting my Masters in financial engineering or financial computation or financial math from a top 20 school? Will i be able to get accepted? I was born in Russia and will be fluent in Russian/French by the time i apply for grad school.
