Is This A Good PSU? And Good For My System? Please Help me?

It will work fine, but consider having the PSU that burned out replaced or exchanged for a better one as basically all PSUs have at least a 1-3 yr warranty. Your rig doesn't need anything over 500W honestly(as long as its a good one).
