Is Obama losing American strength to Iran sanctions because of Borrowing from China?

No, Russia and China have never supported tough sanctions against Iran. Obama was naive and arrogant to even think that all he had to do was show up and all would be wonderful in the world. He's now a laughing stock and he's destroying our place in this world. No world leader respects him with the exception of terrorist dictators like Qaddafi who see him like a son.
