I live in Illinois. My dad bought me a car in Indiana. Used. I need to drive it to il to reg. how do i get tag?

in illinois if i had tyhe title i could purchase a seven day temp tag from an easy pay center. does indiana do this too? do i have to go through dep of motor veh?
