Does anyone have tips for completing the mission dodo on GTA vice city.?

I've been trying to complete the mission Dodo on GTA vice city for ps2 and i haven't completed it. Idk why because it doesn't seem very hard but i'm pretty much stuck and i want to move on to do martha's mug shot. so if anyone has any tips on how they completed it please tell me, and if anyone knows how to complete bomb's away from auntie poulet, please tell. Your answers are greatly appreciated.
