This is devastating, this poor woman lost her child and her ability to walk. And the scary part is this illegal alien that murdered her son is still on the loose to ruin another family's life. If he was not present, this crime would have never happened and no one can argue that fact. How are his where abouts unknown, I cannot believe the police were so negligent in their duties. Prisoners are usually kept in shackles when transported to and from hospitals, they are to have a guard on them at all times. She should sue the police for negligence in this matter.
