REALLY bad blister!!! help!!!?

My left foot is really bad. I have athletes foot and warts. Well, lately I've started getting small blisters, but they've gone away on their own. But now I have this huge blister(half the size of a penny) that is completely white, has a smaller one right above it, and is BURNING LIKE CRAZY!!! It hurts really bad, and I can't even step down because it hurts. I'm walking with a limp!!! I've never had a blister that hurt like this before, and I don't know what to do!!! Help!!! I tried something I found online that said to clean it, then put some rubbing alcohol or iodine on it, then gently rub it to see if it pops so I could clean it. Well, it didn't pop. Then it said to soak it in warm water for 30 minutes and try again. Well, it hurt worse once I put it in the water, so that didn't work. Now I'm just sitting here in extreme pain, and I don't know what to do!!! :(
